Well, it's already a couple of weeks since we visited G'Marg and Pappy in Auckland for the last time. They move to Wellington in just over a week!

It was a chance to catch up with Great Grandma Nance, Great Uncle Alan and Great Aunty Caroline, Mary, Fiona, Alex, as well as to check out Mike and Tanny's cool new pad.

We spent a day at the zoo (although Frank was way more interested in his sandwiches than most of the animals - the sea lions got a cheer, the lions got a roar, the monkeys sent him running off so fast that he fell over and hurt his knee). The Auckland Zoo really is brilliant, we have to say.

Libby and Dougal even got a night away, up in Maungawhai. Believe it or not, Dougal went for a swim. In June. The man's mad!
