A bottle with the boys

What an excellent weekend! We headed up to glorious Napier - who needs Spain - to stay with Aunty Emily and Juanita and Stu (Chippy and Wally) who came over from Gisborne. Frank was so excited to be there that he refused to go to sleep on Friday night - then woke us up at six...

While Dougal and Stu headed for the driving range, Frank got in some shopping with the girls. The huge power chuck, right over Libby's shoulder and bang slap onto the middle of the footpath probably shouldn't be mentioned but was kind of funny. The weather was incredible so he got a paddle in the fountain and had a photo shoot with Chippy before heading back to Emily's for a bottle with the boys and a BBQ.

The next day was another early one - t-shirt weather at seven am! Frank even got to hang out in the nuddy before a walk on the beach. If you're ever out at Clifton, make sure you have lunch there, it was fantastic.

Back to rainy Wellington and to eating three meals a day. All is good with us but we're missing the sun...
