Beach boy

Frank at Ahuriri in Napier. He wants you to notice his shoes...

Out for dinner in Napier with Aunty Milz (Emily) and Granny Ro (Rosaleen)

The Aquarium in Napier - Frank was in heaven but scared the sharks with his yelling.

Frank and Isla

Frank with Edie, Jamie and Lani at Scorching Bay

A big thank you for all the well wishes we've been getting re: Baby 2. Yes, Libby's feeling okay and we're all really excited. It's going pretty quickly already - we're now in the 2nd trimester.

Last week, Libby, Frank and The Bump, headed up to Napier for a few days to stay with Aunty Milz and Zizzy-cat. It was all very spur of the moment but Granny Ro managed to make it as well so Frank had a wonderful time being taken for walks, going out for dinner, and - as you could kind of see in the blurry picture - visiting the Napier Aquarium. He loved it! Especially when the fish, sharks, stingrays etc swam overhead in the tunnel - he shrieked and squealed so much that we had to go around a second time. We had a gorgeous time but missed Dougal heaps (you help out so much - thank you, Dougal!).

On Sunday we headed to Scorching Bay for a picnic with The Eagle-Annan's. Frank and Isla braved the freezing cold water and had to be dragged out, lips blue and shivering like mad...

It looks better against the window

Well - here are some snaps of the Frank*, first eating watermelon - just cos its cute and it reminds me that it was summer until 7pm last night when with a sudden gust of wind and downfall of rain, autumn arrived.

And with some mates who came over from coffee group today. Chaos. Well apparently - I was at work...phew. (Glenis - note we got the t-shirt!! - thanks)

That rocking horse has already done some miles - cheers again Pappy, you should see the wee man ride him now.

Oh - and this one we got taken yesterday. It looks better against the window and will hopefully look even cuter in another 6 months or so when we launch our new model upon the world. Just doing our bit for the demographics of Wellington really. And of course someone for Frank to beat up on.

12 week scan - yep thats right folks, there is a sequel.

PARTY, PARTY, PARTY

Wow. Frank is one - and loving every moment of it.
His actual birthday was on Friday and he opened zillions of cards and presents (thank you!), had H.B sung to him at music class and was inundated with kisses from Pappy, G'Marg and Granny Ro - and Mum and Dad, of course, who feel as if the past year has been the best ever.
Now, The Party... Sunday was a stunning day much to Frank's relief as we'd chosen the theme of Pool Party seeing as he's so crazy about the water. He spent most of the afternoon hopping in and out of the pool with his buddies so didn't mind that every one else played with his new bike. It was a great turn out, a memorable day and we'd like to thank those who came and played. Frank didn't want the day to end!
Keep an eye out for more photos - two posts put up today but there will be more sooooon!
