Is it winter yet?

1...2...3

And upside down...

Yay!

So grown up!

Five month 'bump'

Believe it or not, those of you who don't live in Wellington, the weather has been amazing recently so we've been out and about making the most of it. On Sunday it was a picnic lunch out at Plimmerton where Frank frolicked with dogs, chased birds, threw stones, ran at the waves, practised his hand stands and spent 99% of the time running away from Mum and Dad!

Last time we mentioned his increasing independence. Hmmm! This little man is a fire cracker, wanting to do what he wants to do, NOW! And we're having a second??? Honestly, it's amazing watching his progress from week to week and Friday's at Day Care have been good for him (except that he came home on Friday saying, "Nooooo! Noooo!") but he keeps us on our toes these days, that's for sure.

We're off to Auckland to see G'Marg and Pappy so there should be more great photos in a week or so...

Independence

I can feed myself, thanks.
And I can clean my own teeth now, ta.
Little Mr Independent these days, Frank is happy to feed himself (when we let him near the spoon), clean his teeth, walk on his own and generally 'help' around the house. He's very good at putting things places so with Mum's pregnancy brain and Dad's 'Boy Looks' for things, the house is a bit of a shamozzle!
Speaking of the pregnancy: we're half way! We had the 20 week scan yesterday and all looks good. No, we don't know whether we're having a girl or a boy but, rest assured, it'll be one of the two...
It's been a busy couple of weeks with an antenatal class catch up (all twelve made it and Frank had a great time clambering through The Hodder's garden and playing with Emma's toys), a visit to Staglands which is a super cool animal park with pigs, horses, gianormous trout, birds galore and even a baby donkey, a dose of flu followed by a bout of gastro for both Libby and Frank (Dougal was amazing putting up with all the whinging, whining and washing), a visit from Trevor and the usual Frank adventures.
Don't forget to check out the following post for a few more photos...

Playing 'cars' - nobody taught him to do this...

Follow me, I'm the white rabbit!
